Man charged with grabbing 10-year-old near park

Note: Santa Ana Parks and a 300 foot buffer are off-limits to 290 registrants and, as such,  a “Child Safety Zone”.

SANTA ANA – A 55-year-old Santa Ana gang member has been charged with grabbing a 10-year-old boy who was walking to soccer practice near Delhi Park and smelling his arm, authorities said.

Victor Joseph Espinoza is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday to face one felony count each of false imprisonment and street terrorism, with sentencing enhancements for committing a crime for the benefit of a gang and for having an earlier strike conviction for street terrorism, Orange County District Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Farrah Emami said. Please note that though the accused has a gang affiliation, he doesn’t appear to be a registrant. This appears to be a gang related incident.

So magically the Santa Ana laws can not protect anyone.. The invisible 300ft buffer force field was never installed, but somehow the money for it is being used..
